The HVAB and the Centre County Board of Commissioners are committed to providing financial assistance to as many worthwhile, eligible projects as possible. Funding is intended to support projects and advertising designed to attract more visitors to Happy Valley and enhance the overall tourism experience. Priority consideration will be given to proposals that generate significant visitation from outside of the region and overnight rooms booked.  The application period is February 15 to April 15, 2024.
